If you are a cancer family in active treatment, in remission, or a bereaved family, and have a critical emergant situation, such as assistance with a car repair, utility payment, meal voucher, phone bill, insurance co-pays, presciptions not covered by medical insurance, grocery needs, or funeral and burial services, we may be able to assist you, as funds allow.
Families MUST fill out the EMERGENCY SERVICE FORM and be able to show need. We will also need the social worker at your treatment center to sign your form, if applicable.
PLEASE NOTE: We DO NOT pay cash directly to a family, but can work with the company, utility, or service to pay for a service or payment on your behalf.
